Matthews | DCCM is providing site design, architectural plans, and permitting for Alpha-Omega Miracle Home’s new 7-acre campus, which includes offices, resident housing, and a multipurpose building.

This 52-bedroom campus consists of two types of apartments. The units encompass a wide range of spaces that are tailored to the needs of the individual ranging from efficiency apartments to dormitory-style rooms. The campus is designed to bridge the difference in ages and to bring harmony from different generations by coming together and helping each other. From a single mother with an infant to a grandmother who is advanced in age, the spaces are designed in such a way to foster multi-generational relationships while still maintaining an independent living status.
