Matthews | DCCM is leading the engineering efforts for the Belle Terre Estates Project in Palm Coast, Florida, focusing on civil design and permitting for a 275-unit Townhome Complex across a 40.0-acre site. Collaborating closely with the client and the City of Palm Coast, our team is preparing conceptual site plans. These plans encompass land clearing, tree preservation, site grading, stormwater drainage, utility layouts, and paving specifications, including the installation of a private sanitary lift station and three driveway access points.

Scope also includes the preparation of permit applications for authorities such as the City of Palm Coast, SJRWMD, and FDEP. Our team is also providing construction administration services to ensure regulatory compliance and project success.
