Matthews | DCCM completed engineering and site design for a 24.5 industrial park located in St. Augustine. Design included 2,000 feet of new roadway, a master stormwater system, and utility extensions to serve 23 lots that house industrial-type developments. With the infrastructure in place, our team completed various site designs for the individual lots.
