- Beaver Toyota: 28-acre site featuring a 137,000 SF Toyota dealership and service center. This site also includes a daycare, salon, warehouse building, open-air pavilion, and pier.
- Hyundai of St. Augustine: 8-acre site featuring a 34,000 SF Hyundai dealership currently under construction.
- Multi-family development: 20-acre site featuring a 251-unit apartment complex.
